SHIPPING We will ship your order as fast as we can, normally within 48 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a shipment tracking number. Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process.

EU Citizens We ship to EU countries using Seur Internacional. Normal delivery time is 3-6 business days depending on how remote you live. The prices listed in the web shop are the price you will pay exclusive freight. Justor and Seur will handle all customs related matters for you. Tracking your shipment You will receive an e-mail and/or sms with your tracking number once the order has been shipped, and/or when it arrives at your local pick up destination.

RETURNS You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 14 days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the product has not been used and is not damaged. Refunds will be paid to your credit card and normally take 7 to 14 days before your account is credited. JustorOnline Talleres Trepat S.A. warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If a Justor product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only.
